Please note that due to the eIDAS regulation, such orders may only be processed here if they are based directly on your personal identification. For this reason, the order for a new remote signature certificate must be signed with your own valid signature card. If you do not have your own valid signature card, you need to apply again using the video identification process!

To use this web portal to order a new remote signature certificate, you need a class 2 card reader (card reader with keyboard) and a valid signature card issued by Deutsche Telekom AG. To use this web portal you need JAVA 1.8 and the support of applets in your browser.
