Qualified electronic signature for eANV, eTFS and PDF documents:

Enables the issuing of eIDAS compliant signatures on eANV documents (BGS, UNS, EN etc.) within the eANV portal, eTFS documents in the eTFS portal and on PDF documents.

Since the European eIDAS regulation came into force in mid-2016, it has been permissible to sign electronically in a qualified manner using a so-called "remote electronic signature", without the need for a signature card or signature card reader. It is now possible to sign both eANV, eTFS documents and PDF documents in compliance with the law.

The price of the Qualified Electronic Signature for eANV, eTFS and PDF documents is € 99.00 / year (all values excl. VAT).

Vertragsbedingungen / Laufzeit

The contract comes into force on the date of the order confirmation and has a minimum contract period of 24 months. Thereafter, it shall be extended for a further year unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties three (3) months before the end of the minimum contract period or the respective extension year. For the authentication of a signature via the prescribed two-factor authentication (2FA), a smartphone permanently assigned to the certificate holder is required. Our free authentication app must then be installed on this smartphone. Requirement: Smartphone with iOS or Android. Note: If there is no smartphone available to install the 2FA app, the authentication of a signature can be done via our SMS service. There is a fee of 10ct per SMS (signature). The billing of these SMS is - depending on the intensity of use - collected at the end of the month, quarter or year.
