Qualified support requests via integrated support form. Alternatively, mails can also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please always include your support contract number
- Requests are treated with higher priority
- Service hours: Mon-Fri / 8:00 - 17:00
- Free support requests are not deducted from the hourly quota.
The categorization of whether an eWaste support request is free or paid support is done according to the Support Policy (see link: https://www.axians-ewaste.com/services/support/ ).
Contract Conditions / Duration
The contract becomes effective by placing an order and the subsequent order confirmation by Axians. The duration of the present contract is 1 calendar year and will be automatically renewed at the end of the year if not cancelled 6 weeks before the end of the year. If the contract is entered into during the year, a pro rata settlement will be made for the remaining calendar months of the current year. Detectable software errors of eWaste products shall not be deducted from the support quota. Please note that the unused support quota will not be carried over to the following year.
