In order to digitize the exchange of order-related performance data, a new interface standard "AvaL" was defined for waste disposal in a cooperation between the BDE (Federal Association of the German Waste Management, Water and Raw Materials Industry) and the waste disposal industry. Its purpose is to enable the cross-system exchange of the same or similar performance data for communication between all participants in a disposal process.

Axians eWaste's eAVALportal is an Internet-based public SaaS platform that does not need to be implemented in a company's own ERP system. eAVALportal enables all parties involved to digitize the complete exchange of data within a waste disposal process - from assignment to transport to invoicing.

Contract Conditions / Duration

A transaction corresponds to the sending of a message to the partner, e.g. an AvaL agreement, assignment, notification, confirmation or document transmission (delivery bill, invoice, weighing bill, etc.). To determine the maximum number of transactions allowed, all sent transactions of the participants running via this tariff are totaled for the calendar year to be billed. If the subscriber enters the service during the year, the calculation will be made on a pro rata basis. Each additional transaction sent in excess of the selected quota will be charged according to the tariff. Payment up to SMALL tariff annually, from BASIC tariff quarterly in advance. The contract comes into force on the date of order confirmation and has a minimum contract term of 24 months. Thereafter, it shall be extended by a further year in each case unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties three (3) months prior to the expiry of the minimum contract term or the respective extension year. The tariff classification is made by you and can be changed on the first day of each calendar year. You must have notified us of this change request by 30.11. of the current year at the latest. The minimum contract period of 24 months starts anew with each new classification.
