Your disposal partner still has difficulties with all the eANV documents (EN, BGS, UNS, EGF)? Do you have to help him more often, even though you don't know his system?

The solution: Support your disposal partners in the eANV document jungle with eANVweblink. For example, prepare the document in the eANVportal and send it to him by mail for signing. He then opens your familiar eANVwebformular via a link in this mail, regardless of which eANV system he uses.

Note: Everything without detours via the ZKS, i.e. without any time delay (great - if things have to be done quickly again)!

If, despite the simple operation and extensive checks in the web form, he still needs additional help, then it will be easy for you to support him in the future, because he will then use the eANVwebformular input masks you are familiar with.

Always up to date: With your own eANVweblink overview and configurable mail notifications you will always be up to date, e.g. who you have sent which document to or what the processing status is here.

Ingenious: eANVportal automatically ensures that all documents created in this way are also entered into the system of your disposal partner via the ZKS.

Contract Conditions / Duration

Minimum contract period 2 years, thereafter if not cancelled within 12 weeks before the end of a calendar year, it shall be extended by one year at a time. Invoicing takes place annually in advance, starting from provision always on the 1st of the month.
