Axians eWaste´s eANV portal is an Internet-based solution that allows producers, transporters, waste management companies, brokers, dealers and agents to manage all their electronic waste records procedures either through a private (on their own intranet) or public (via the Internet) cloud.

Contract Conditions / Duration

In order to determine the maximum number of documents allowed, all BGS, UNS and register documents of the participants running under this tariff are added up for the calendar year to be billed. If a participant starts during the course of the year, the calculation is made on a pro rata basis. EN/SN are free of charge. Each additional register document, beyond the selected contingent, will be charged a flat rate of 1.80 €. Payment up to eANV 200 annually, from eANV 500 quarterly in advance. The contract comes into force on the date of order confirmation and has a minimum contract period of 24 months. Thereafter, it shall be extended by a further year unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties three (3) months before the end of the minimum contract period or the respective extension year. The tariff classification is made by you and can be changed on the first day of each calendar year. You must notify us of this change request by 30.11. of the current year at the latest. The minimum contract term of 24 months begins anew with each new classification.
