Contract Conditions / Duration

Starter package: ✓ Setup fee for the eTFSportal client and one user in the portal ✓ Support with registration (max. 5 ZKS partner numbers*/ 1 DIWASS registration for the Main User) ✓ Online initial briefing (valid for 4 weeks from the start of the contract) Ongoing transaction-related costs: - eTFSportal accompanying form Annex IB 2,00 € per piece** - eTFSportal accompanying form Annex VII (green list) 0,50 € per piece** - eTFSportal automated fax transmission from 0,45 € per page (The price varies depending on the recipient country) Use: Creation of notification applications and accompanying forms via the web interface. Register management and transmission to authorities. The connection to the central communication system DIWASS is planned subject to the provision of a functioning interface by the EU Commission. Accounting: Invoicing takes place annually in advance. The rate is calculated pro rata for customers who join during the year. From January 1st of the following year, the full rate is charged. The accompanying forms and fax documents are billed on a quarterly basis depending on the transaction. Register management and transmission to authorities. Contract term: A minimum contract term of 24 months applies from the date of order confirmation. The contract is automatically extended by 1 year unless terminated in writing 3 months prior to expiry. *Additional registrations will be charged at a one-time fee of € 25.00 net per partner number. **Applies up to 3.000 units p. a., price for higher quantities on request.
