Generally accessible order data portal for all waste disposal processes

The BDE (Federal Association of the German Waste, Water and Raw Materials Management Industry) and the waste management industry have jointly developed the ‘AvaL’ interface standard (DIN 30763) to digitalise the exchange of order-related performance data in the waste management industry. This standard enables the smooth, cross-system exchange of similar performance data and digitalises communication between all players in a waste disposal process.

The eAVALportal from Axians eWaste is a web-based, SaaS platform that does not require integration into your own ERP system. With the eAVALportal, all parties involved can handle the entire data exchange of a waste disposal process digitally - from order placement, notification, feedback of waste disposal data with documents through to invoicing.

Tariff options

Please select the right tariff for you in the following order process.


The optimum tariff is based on the number of transactions expected per year. A transaction corresponds to either a confirmed agreement (AvaL status 2 - ‘matched’) or a completed order (AvaL status 9 or 10). Transactions that exceed the agreed quota are charged at €1.50 per transaction. The storage of transaction data is limited to 24 months, but can be extended if required.

Contract Conditions / Duration

The maximum number of permitted transactions is determined by totalling all transactions sent by participants via this tariff in the respective calendar year. If you join in the current year, the number of authorised transactions is calculated on a pro rata basis. In the SMALL tariff, payment is made annually in advance, from the BASIC tariff onwards quarterly in advance. The contract comes into force on the date of order confirmation and has a minimum contract term of 24 months. Thereafter, it is extended by a further year in each case if it is not cancelled by one of the contracting parties three (3) months before the end of the minimum contract term or the respective renewal year. The tariff classification is made by you and can be changed on the first day of each calendar year. You must notify us of this change request by 31 October of the current year at the latest. The minimum contract term of 24 months begins anew with each reclassification.
